Confirmation of reservation:

The reservation is confirmed and guaranteed by charging an amount equal to the Confirmatory Deposit, made by bank transfer, credit card (the number and expiry date of the card must be provided), or with a secure payment system "Pay-by -Link ”on the SumUp portal, where you can pay in absolute safety with all credit / debit cards (a link will be sent, by email, SMS or WhatsApp, with the amount to be paid on the SumUp secure payment platform ) . In case of no-show or cancellation after the terms indicated below, an amount will be charged as required by the cancellation policies, indicated below.

Confirmatory Deposit :

Amount equal to 30% of the cost of the entire stay, charged to the credit card, bank transfer whose data will be sent with the booking confirmation, or with a secure "Pay-by-Link" payment system on the SumUp portal. The Confirmatory Deposit will be fully refunded in case of cancellation within the terms indicated below..

Cancellation :

No penalty for cancellations up to the 14th day before the check-in date, with refund of any deposit paid.

Debit on Credit Card of an amount equal to the Confirmatory Deposit or failure to reimburse the Deposit paid by bank transfer, in case of no-show or cancellation after the 14th day from the date of expected arrival.

Arrival:          from  02:00 pm             to 11:00 pm                                                              

Departure:      from  07:00 am            to 10:00  am                                                                   

Conditions housing:

On request: 3rd bed in the room or use of the sofa bed in the living room, with linen, at a cost of Euro 5.00 per day

From 0 to 2 years we provide free high chair and / or cot without linen.

Heating for a fee with dedicated meter reading.

It also provides free of charge: wi-fi internet connection, final cleaning, various consumptions, air conditioning, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, clothesline, toaster, microwave oven, coffee machine, barbecue, deck chairs, tables and outdoor chairs, mountain bikes, wood for the fireplace.
