TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

From the moment of acceptance of the reservation, in the case of cancellation of the reservation by the client, the following cancellation penalties will be applied:

- from the moment of the reservation until 50 days before the stay, 30% (of the total amount, comprehensive of the possible paid deposit);

- from 50 until 30 days before the stay, 50% (of the total amount, comprehensive of the possible paid deposit)

- from 30 until 10 days before the stay, 70% (of the total amount, comprehensive of the possible paid deposit)

- from 10 until 0 days before the stay, 100% (of the total amount, comprehensive of the possible paid deposit)

In the case of NO SHOW (no communications of cancellation and no presentation of the client for the stay) a percentage of 100% will be debited.

At the moment of booking we re require an advanced payment of 30% of the total amount.

The balance 70% will be paid at the arrival, together with a caution money of Euro100.

We will give you back the caution money at the departure moment, after a short control inside the apartment.
